LIVE. WORK. PLAY. REVITALIZE.

Hotel Bluey seeks to reimagine the California “Gold Rush Era” Historic Landmark Town of Coulterville. The project entails restoring and repurposing the Historic Hotel Jeffery and the Magnolia Saloon (one of the Oldest in California) by utilizing sustainable, eco-responsible, and modern practices of design, construction, and hotel operations.

Hotel Bluey is located in the Sierra Foothills at the intersection of CA Routes 49 & 132. The property is a 45-minute drive from the Yosemite Park West Gate Entrance, which makes it a desirable destination for ecotourism, recreation, and community.
